Flat fee $700 for residential evictions

As a residential and commercial landlord myself, I know all too well how to handle non-paying and non-compliant tenants, even when you vet them well.  Connecticut courts tend to favor tenants, so you cannot afford to make technical mistakes that will delay and prejudice your case.  I help ensure your case is filed without technical issues and that each phase of the process is handled in a timely manner since every day lost is money out of your pocket.  By working with me, you save time because you will not be required to appear in court, making the whole process less stressful.

My flat eviction fee covers drafting and filing all pleadings and one appearance in housing court, which usually resolves the case.  You will pay the out-of-pocket expenses, such as filing fees, marshal services, execution fees, and the move-out the cost, as well as $150 fee for each additional court appearance, including trials.
